The Clearwater Beach Festival of the Chariots was inspiring.  The weather was pristine, and a fun-loving time was to be all of the beach goers.  When the mayor of Clearwater, Mr. George Cretekos, arrived, he spoke for several minutes about the multi-sensory beauty, timelessness and joy of the festival, then joined the parade, pulling the ropes of the chariot.
